Each ticket holder must
personally accept these terms.

I understand that Rebel For A Spell L.L.C. and Wendy (Wen) Peetes will own the copyrights to the recordings and all materials created or distributed in connection with this workshop. Any reproduction or distribution of any such materials to third parties without the expressed written consent of Wendy (Wen) Peetes is prohibited. I hereby grant Wendy (Wen) Peetes the right to reproduce in any manner whatsoever, without compensation, any recordation of my presence during the workshop. I assume full responsibility for my reception and use of any results from the materials connected in any way with the Workshop, and I understand that Wendy (Wen) Peetes is responsible only for the orderly presentation of the Workshop, and that I am voluntarily responsible for my own participation in the Workshop and for my own well-being. I hereby acknowledge that I have read the Workshop Guidelines fully, I understand them, and by attending a Rebel For A Spell L.L.C. Workshop and/or signing below, I agree to be bound by the terms and conditions. I certify that I am eighteen (18) years of age or older, and I accept the Workshop Guidelines of my own free will.
